Choosing Shanti Mantra

Why should I choose Shanti Mantra for performing a puja?

Every puja is performed by verified, experienced pandits and offered in your own name and gotra. You receive photos and a video of your ritual, and prasad is delivered to your home — authentic Vedic worship with full transparency, wherever you are.

I don’t know my Gotra — what should I do?

No problem. If your gotra is unknown you can proceed with the “Kashyap” gotra, which tradition allows in such cases. Our pandits will guide you and your sankalp remains valid.

Who will perform the puja?

Qualified, experienced pandits perform the puja on your behalf at the temple, following the proper Vedic procedure for your chosen ritual.

How will I know the puja has been done in my name?

Your sankalp — your name and gotra — is recited aloud during the ritual, and you receive photos and a video as proof that the puja was performed in your name.

Booking a Puja

How do I book a puja?

Choose a puja from the Dev Puja or Pitr Puja section, pick a package and any add-ons, share your sankalp details, and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation with the scheduled date and time.

Do I need to be present during the puja?

No. Our verified pandits perform the ritual on your behalf and take your sankalp in your name. You can watch the live video or receive a recording afterwards, so you can witness the puja from anywhere.

Can I book a puja for someone else?

Yes. During booking you can enter the name and gotra of the person the puja is for. The pandit will offer the sankalp in their name.

Can I reschedule after booking?

If you need to change the date, contact us as early as possible and our team will arrange a new slot subject to the pandit’s and temple’s availability.

Payments & Wallet

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets.

What is the Shanti Mantra wallet?

Your wallet holds any refunds, referral rewards or top-ups in one place. You can use the balance towards future bookings and store orders at checkout.

Are my payment details safe?

Yes. We never store your card or bank details. All transactions are handled by our PCI-compliant payment partner over an encrypted connection.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken at the time of booking or checkout. You will see the full amount, including any add-ons, before you confirm.

Delivery & Prasad

Will I receive prasad after my puja?

For pujas and packages that include prasad, the blessed offerings are dispatched to your address after the ritual is completed. Delivery details are shown on the puja page.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we offer pan-India delivery for prasad and store products. Remote locations may take a little longer to reach.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your prasad or order is dispatched, you can follow its status from the Orders section of your dashboard.

Orders & Returns

Where can I see my orders?

All your store orders and their current status are available under Orders in your dashboard, where you can also view individual order details.

Can I cancel or return an order?

You can raise a cancellation or return request from the order’s page in your dashboard. Eligibility depends on the order status and our refund policy.

How are refunds handled?

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method or to your Shanti Mantra wallet. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
