Certain products, such as energized Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras or customized spiritual items, may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. For assistance with international orders, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
Additional customs duties, taxes or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
