Puja services are non-refundable, as they are performed at an auspicious time only and are arranged specifically for the customer. Once scheduled or completed, a puja cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Products are refundable if they are received in an unsatisfactory condition, damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to review by our team and our return process.
